Payment Authorization Agreement

This Payment Authorization Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing any past, present, or future payments made on behalf of Holland Jordan, She Is Me Empowerment, and the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast.

By making a payment on behalf of Holland Jordan, you acknowledge that you have been authorized to do so and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. This Agreement establishes the responsibilities of the authorized third-party payor and clarifies that Boss Formula Media (BFM) accepts such payments solely on behalf of Holland Jordan.

Acknowledgment and Electronic Signature

By completing and electronically signing this Agreement, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

• The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

• You are the individual executing this Agreement, or you have the legal authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the person or entity identified herein.

• You are authorized to make, or have made, payments on behalf of Holland Jordan and understand that this Agreement applies to all past, present, and future payments made to Boss Formula Media (BFM) on her behalf.

• Your electronic signature constitutes your legally binding acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• Following your electronic signature, you agree to send a confirmation from your official email address verifying that you executed and authorized this Agreement. This email confirmation will serve as an additional verification of your identity and acceptance of these terms.

By making any past, present, or future payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Business Relationship: Boss Formula Media (BFM) maintains its business and contractual relationship exclusively with Holland Jordan. Your payment on her behalf does not create a client relationship, contractual relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or any other legal relationship between you and Boss Formula Media (BFM).

2. Authorized Third-Party Payment: You acknowledge that you are voluntarily making, or have made, payments on behalf of Holland Jordan with her authorization. This Agreement applies to all past, present, and future payments made to Boss Formula Media (BFM) on her behalf.

3. Agreement Between the Parties: You acknowledge that any agreement, arrangement, understanding, or commitment between yourself and Holland Jordan is solely between you and Holland Jordan. If you have any questions, concerns, disputes, requests for reimbursement, payment authorization issues, or other matters arising from that agreement or your decision to make payments on her behalf, you agree to contact Holland Jordan directly. Boss Formula Media (BFM) is not a party to any agreement between you and Holland Jordan and assumes no responsibility or liability for resolving issues arising from that relationship.

4. Primary Point of Contact: Because Boss Formula Media (BFM)'s working relationship is exclusively with Holland Jordan, Holland Jordan shall remain your sole and primary point of contact regarding payment authorization, reimbursement, project updates, services requested, scope of work, billing arrangements, or any other matters relating to your payments made on her behalf.

5. Final Payments: Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing by Boss Formula Media (BFM), all payments are final and non-refundable.

6. No Payment Offsets or Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any payment offset, chargeback, reversal, or other attempt to recover funds from Boss Formula Media (BFM) based upon any dispute or disagreement between you and Holland Jordan.

7. Completed Services: You acknowledge that Boss Formula Media (BFM) performs services pursuant to its agreement with Holland Jordan. You agree not to pursue or assert unjustified claims, complaints, demands, payment reversals, or other actions against Boss Formula Media (BFM) for services that have been completed, delivered, or performed in accordance with its agreement with Holland Jordan.

8. Disputes: Any dispute regarding reimbursement, payment authorization, financial arrangements, services requested by Holland Jordan, or your decision to make payments on her behalf shall be resolved solely between you and Holland Jordan. Boss Formula Media (BFM) shall have no responsibility or liability for such disputes.

9. Acceptance of Terms: By electronically signing this Agreement and making any past, present, or future payment on behalf of Holland Jordan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Payment Authorization Agreement. You further acknowledge that your electronic signature, together with your confirmation from your official email address, constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
