Refund Policy

Any services provided, including but not limited to 1-on-1 consultations, coaching sessions, spiritual readings, or advisory services, are subject to the following refund policy:

1. Full refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated or approved at our discretion.

In emergency or crisis situations beyond the control of the coach/advisor/reader, where a scheduled session cannot be completed, a refund may be issued accordingly.

2. Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled appointments and sessions.

Any missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to attend scheduled sessions — whether online or in person — are not the responsibility of the coach, practitioner, advisor, or reader. For missed sessions or no-shows, no refunds will be issued. The scheduled fee will be retained to compensate for reserved time and preparation.

Astrology readings, chart interpretations, and similar services require significant preparation, research, and time investment. Due to the nature of these services, partial refunds may or may not be granted depending on the work already completed.

Last-minute cancellations are strongly discouraged. Clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule at least one week in advance whenever possible.

3. Once services have been completed or performed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
