Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided, including but not limited to 1-on-1 consultations, coaching sessions, online coaching, branding (IP services), website development, social media management, graphic design, video editing, sound editing, fitness guidance, and nutrition consulting.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Full refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where explicitly stated or at our sole discretion.

2. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
In the event that the coach/advisor is unable to attend or complete a scheduled service due to emergency circumstances or situations beyond their control, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS
All scheduled sessions, appointments, or consultations require timely attendance.
If a client is late, absent, or fails to attend (no-show), whether online or in person, this is not the responsibility of the coach, advisor, or service provider. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows. The session fee is retained to compensate for reserved time, preparation, and scheduling commitment.

4. LATE CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Clients are strongly encouraged to provide adequate notice when changing or canceling appointments.

Once a service has been fully or partially completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, including branding, content creation, and media production, partial or full
refunds will not be issued once work has begun or been delivered.
