This agreement is for the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast and is intended to outline ongoing negotiations, discussions, responsibilities, and any future changes that may arise. All parties agree to openly explore terms that mutually work in the best interests of everyone involved.

Background
Boss Formula Media has been actively involved in the development and launch preparation of Let Your Mind Speak Podcast, including but not limited to:
Assisting with branding development
Creating and developing the podcast theme, name, and color concepts
Working directly with Holland Jordan throughout the creative process
Assisting in the setup and development of the podcast portfolio and media presence
Supporting launch preparation efforts to position the podcast for long-term success
Due to the amount of work, time, creative input, and ongoing development involved, this agreement is intended to outline future opportunities, responsibilities, negotiations, and potential compensation structures moving forward.
Ownership and Compensation Discussions
Holland Jordan, as of now owns 100% of Let Your Mind Speak Podcast - that includes website domain name, social media accounts connected to the name regardless of whose email is registered.
The parties agree to explore potential future opportunities that may include, but are not limited to:
Partial ownership consideration of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the Let Your Speak Podcast for Boss Formula Media
Compensation for specific services, projects, production work, branding, media development, consulting, or related tasks
Additional business opportunities connected to podcast production, speaking engagements, sponsorships, marketing, and media-related ventures
Any compensation, ownership percentage, or business arrangement shall be discussed openly and communicated with Holland Jordan before final decisions are made.
Payment Structure
The payment structure outlined in this agreement is subject to change based on the evolving needs and development of the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast. Due to the unpredictable nature of launching and growing a podcast and media brand, Boss Formula Media agrees to notify Holland Jordan of any anticipated charges, expenses, or additional costs that may arise during the course of production, branding, marketing, development, or related services.
Holland Jordan acknowledges and agrees that this agreement remains flexible during the early stages of the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast, particularly regarding payment structures, scheduling, production costs, and business development arrangements.
Payments may be made on a monthly basis or through installment arrangements as mutually agreed upon by the parties involved.
Payment timelines and structures may vary depending on the nature of services provided, project demands, and other relevant factors. However, payment delays or extended installment periods shall not continue for an unreasonable length of time unless both parties explicitly agree in writing.
All fees, deposits, and payments made pursuant to this Agreement are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Upon completion and delivery of the agreed-upon services, the services shall be deemed fully performed and accepted by the Client.
Once services have been completed and delivered, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment reversals, or reimbursement requests shall be permitted, except as required by applicable law. The Client acknowledges and agrees that completed services have value upon delivery and that compensation for such services has been fully earned upon completion.
Third-Party Payment Arrangements
If the Client wishes to designate or authorize another party to make payments on a recurring or continuing basis under this Agreement, the parties may enter into a separate written agreement setting forth the applicable terms, conditions, responsibilities, and payment obligations. No third-party payment arrangement shall be recognized or accepted unless approved in writing by the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast and documented in accordance with the terms of such agreement.
Third-Party Advice and Independent Decisions
Holland Jordan and any associated third parties acknowledge that independent decisions, deviations from recommended strategies, or actions taken outside the guidance of Boss Formula Media may result in unforeseen outcomes or complications.
Boss Formula Media shall not be held responsible for unexpected consequences resulting from decisions made independently by other parties, including but not limited to:
Use of third-party platforms or services
Design or branding changes
Marketing strategies
Content distribution decisions
Technical or production-related modifications
Additionally, Boss Formula Media is not obligated to repeatedly revisit, redesign, or resolve issues that were previously discussed, addressed, or resolved during prior consultations or development stages unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties.
Collaboration and Cooperation
Holland Jordan agrees to actively collaborate and cooperate with Boss Formula Media throughout the development, production, branding, and growth process of the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast.
Both parties acknowledge that building and managing podcast and media platforms requires significant attention to detail, ongoing communication, adaptability, and timely participation. Due to the evolving nature of digital platforms, media trends, algorithms, branding standards, and technology, both parties agree to work together in good faith to achieve the best possible outcome for the podcast and its future opportunities.
This includes maintaining open communication, responding to requests in a timely manner, reviewing materials when necessary, and cooperating on creative, technical, branding, and business-related decisions connected to the podcast and associated media activities.
Creation, Publishing Authority, and Performance Acknowledgment
Holland Jordan understands that certain decisions regarding content creation, posting cadence, and publishing schedules should be made by Boss Formula Media. Holland Jordan also acknowledges that not all media, videos, or audio content may go through an approval process, as doing so could create delays and interfere with maintaining consistent posting schedules and timely publication.
Furthermore, Boss Formula Media cannot be held accountable if content does not reach its fullest potential in performance, engagement, or audience growth due to limitations caused by delays, restrictions, excessive revisions, or approval requirements imposed during the content creation and publishing process.
Independent Legal and Professional Advice
Boss Formula Media encourages all parties to seek advice from qualified professional sources, including financial, business, and legal professionals, before entering into this agreement.
All parties are advised to consult with an attorney or legal representative who can provide independent legal advice regarding the terms, obligations, and potential consequences of this agreement. Boss Formula Media does not provide legal services or legal representation.
Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a cooperative and flexible working relationship regarding podcast production, speaking engagements, media opportunities, branding, marketing, and related business activities connected to the Let Your Mind Speak Podcast.
Good Faith Understanding
All parties acknowledge that negotiations, revisions, and adjustments may occur over time and agree to communicate in good faith to determine terms that are fair, reasonable, and mutually beneficial.
