Advisory services are provided via phone, email, or virtual consultation, offering guidance and recommendations on specific updates, minor adjustments, or general website-related inquiries. These services do not include hands-on implementation or extensive troubleshooting.

By purchasing any of our services, BFM will review your website or social media platforms based on the selections indicated in your application and provide key insights, recommendations, and essential information to support overall improvement and performance.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, whether new or existing. By engaging BFM (Boss Formula Media) for services, you agree to comply with the following provisions. A comprehensive audit, included as part of your payment, is mandatory for all services, including the development of new websites and the updating or upgrading of existing websites.

Client agrees to grant BFM Super Admin or Admin access as necessary to perform all required work. During the audit process, any additional administrators not affiliated with BFM may be removed for security, operational integrity, and performance optimization purposes.

Third Party Involvement

Important: If you assign any additional business, individual, or digital administrator regardless of title or position to manage your digital media, including updating or recreating your website, BFM shall not be held accountable and is not liable for any mismanagement resulting from such third-party involvement. BFM shall not be held liable for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from actions, modifications, or configurations made by previous administrators or third parties.

Agreement to Indemnification

Client or visitor agrees to indemnify and hold BFM harmless from any such claims. While BFM will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore and improve existing websites, no guarantee is made regarding the recovery of lost data, content, or functionality.

Payments

All payments made to BFM are final and non-refundable.

By submitting payment and/or providing a signature, Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as set forth by BFM (Boss Formula Media).

Right to Refuse Service

BFM reserves the right to refuse or decline any service at its sole discretion.

Client Cooperation and Non-Compliance Fees

Estimated timelines are provided for general reference only and are not guaranteed. Updating or upgrading an existing website may take approximately 1–2 weeks up to 2 months. The development of a new website may take approximately 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on the scope, complexity, and requirements of the project.

You agree to fully cooperate with BFM as reasonably required to perform and complete the agreed-upon services. Failure to cooperate, including any actions that delay, obstruct, or prevent the completion of services, shall relieve BFM of any responsibility or liability for resulting delays or incomplete outcomes.

In the event that such non-cooperation causes delays, a non-refundable fee of $300 shall apply. Any additional delays or repeated instances of non-cooperation may result in further charges, including an additional non-refundable fee of $800, as deemed necessary by BFM.
