Boss Formula, ultimately, is responsible for creating a landing page.
To continue the process - each month it will require a $300 payment. Accordingly, a payment of $300 may be processed each month, provided that all parties consent, as this is a month-to-month agreement unless otherwise specified. Each month will have a set of goals / responsibilities and within reason – however, it’s not infinite duties.
Engaging a digital administrator or website creator for a period of 3-6 months may be beneficial and highly recommended. If you choose otherwise, Boss Formula is not responsible nor liable for any decisions you make here on out.
Note: To unlock certain features, you may need to purchase a suitable Wix's package (ahead of time) *unless noted otherwise. Boss Formula is not responsible for those fees.
Boss Formula is not responsible for hosting fees nor domain fees.
Boss Formula accepts payments using Venmo, Cashapp, and Paypal.
You must pay in full, on time, at the start of each month unless you wish NOT to continue (as this is a month-to-month agreement). If you discontinue, Boss Formula is not responsible for any subsequent decisions you make.
At Boss formula’s discretion -- we have the right to reject or turn down service.
There are no refunds for any work that is done and that includes time
preparing or completing a project.
