Continue: I opened myself to the modern world and discovered my place elsewhere. Simply, I had no desire molding myself into another face with the same storyline and a conclusion was made:

I need to generate my own system with (regulations) and be the boss!

I want to evolve.
I searched and properly evaluated enough companies/people/websites and nothing unique came of it. So, I designed a generic page (non domain name) at the age of fifteen with no internet/website experience.

I let my artistic side lead and open-mindedness is the key to open the door.
Eventually, I generated a network under my birth name (domain reg: Nicholas Deniro) and built a fan base unbeknownst to me.

Health – exercise: as a young man, I built my life on (health -- fitness -- bodybuilding) and that world is my home...I managed to grow as a person without feeling alienated because it is all about self work. My understanding (defintion) of fitness/bodybuilding is something many will fail to understand -- (e.g., it is lifestyle); the media is not a reliable source and should be on mute.

Currently, I am just as interested but do not shy from the application process; yes, I think studying is fine but practicing what one preaches is ideal. Fact is, a decent % in the health industry (e.g., personal trainers – doctors – etc) fail to apply their own advice and sad it is; how can a health professional speak on health, if s/he has these same health related issues? We need to self evaluate!

As for exercise: In my early teen years most were interested in bodybuilding magazines and Arnold, not me! I still manage to ignore the media and all the hype/glamour because it heavily digested. Well, I fail to relate, you know, "take this supplement, and you’ll gain these results." I thought, "what the fuck is that about?" Well, years later, I benefited from my outlook –- my goal was to become dedicated and learn…not find the easy (no work – sit on my ass way out) but wish to gain quality!

Nutrition --- dieting (lifestyle): I begin studying nutrition (late teens) and dieting was interesting. Simply, one must learn his/her own body & (basic physiology) -- time is required for this process. Honestly, when creating plans, one must be realistic and apply…eventually, I learned the meaning of energy and malnourishment – without the application, I would fail to understand. Trust me, being depleted while training is not a want…so learning how to maximize one’s performance is necessary for transformation (and it is easier said than done); Let me conclude: I created real but not perfect plans and managed to meet personal goals by applying myself..currently, I am growing interested in supplementation aspect to enhance my performance.
